“Oh my!!! I am so so impressed with your photography! Thank you Cici! The Photos are so beautiful and it’s really your work, because I remember I was so stiff during the photo shoot but you caught the moment” ~~ Lourdes
“The Albums were a HUGE hit, Waltter’s mother cried when she looked at it – it very rare from a Scandinavian, in fact, I’ve never seen her so emotional. Just thought I’d pass that compliment on…” ~~ Emma
There is a soft organic feel to my images; a mixture of simplicity and elegance with romantic and creamy undertones. My work involves orchestrating the feel of a session by carefully designing the studio setup, personal styling from your hair to what you wear and a unique and individual editing style. Every single one of my images is delicately crafted to bring afloat the simple beauty and emotions of a moment.
My photography is not for every family. You will not find posed laughing shots, punchy saturated colors or harsh black and white contrast and a variety of props.
Instead, my goal as an artist is to capture those family connections and create memories that have the power to awaken many of your senses.
One of the most important things in selecting the right photographer for your family is to determine if there is a connection between the photographer’s style and the way you envision your memories. After all, photography is an investment in memories that will last a lifetime.
Through my work, my hopes are that you not only see the velvety texture on your baby’s skin but also remember how it smelled and the softness of the hair. To see not only the new peeking teeth but also hear the giggles behind it. To remember the beautiful bump curve during pregnancy. When you look at my images, I want you not only to see your kids running among grassy fields with their dimpled cheeks and their messy hair but also to remember the simple innocence in their aimless pursuits. And when they are old enough for more elaborate hair styles or a touch of lipgloss, I hope my images will bring you a profound sense of pride for the almost grown-up you have worked so hard to lovingly shape..
